Russian President Vladimir Putin, his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Iranian leader Hassan Rouhani are holding a press briefing following the second trilateral meeting of the Astana peace process for Syria.

Erdogan said: "We see chaos, devastation in areas controlled by terrorists. We have good relations with people of Syria. Terrorist groups working together to undermine region. We will rebuild the infrastructure for Syria. "
Putin said: "We confirm our position to defend Syrian territorial integrity. Displaced people are now returning to their homes in Syria. We have agreed on projects to rebuild Syrian cities. We call upon every country to help the Syrian people. We hope sober mind will prevail. "
