US special envoy McGurk: 'YPG to depart Manbij'

Special Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition to Counter ISIL, Brett McGurk shared a message from his Twitter account announcing YPG forces will be withdrawing from Manbij and return to the east part of the Euphrates.

Milestone: all #YPG units to depart Manbij & return east of Euphrates after local units complete training to maintain security after #ISIL.
