Chief advisor of Turkey’s president announces ‘regime change is coming’

A recent tweet by chief advisor of Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Mehmet Uçum, received reaction as his statement pointed to a ‘revolution’ in Turkey, implying a regime change which opposition forces have been drawing attention to while Erdoğan himself has repeatedly denied claiming it is a 'system change.'

In his tweet, Uçum said: “Not in silence! Our people are carrying out a revolution fast and furious; are you aware? The people are stepping up to establish their own State. Happy April 16th!”
