Mavi Marmara flotilla case dropped by court in Turkey

Court in Turkey decides for the case on Mava Marmara flotilla, which was raided by Israeli soldiers on 31 May 2010 while it was carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza, to be dropped due to the fact that Israel and Turkey signed an agreement to settle the issue.

According to the reports of HaberTürk, the court also revoked the earlier decision for the arrest of the involved Israeli soldiers. A red notice had also been issued for these soldiers.

Prosecutor handling the case had previously stated it had not had much standing left after the agreement signed between the two countries.
