Purge in Turkey continues: Thousands of more staff in armed forces under investigation
Purge in Turkey that was started by the government in response to a failed coup attempt continues.
According to latest reports of HaberTürk, there is an investigation still being carried out, in collaboration with the Ministry of Defense, against ‘thousands of more staff’ in Turkey’s Armed Forces.
So far, 9000 members of the armed forces have been dismissed and around 400 members are reported as fugitives.
