Members of Turkey’s HDP to greet participants of Justice March in Bolu

Members of Turkey’s HDP (Democratic People’s Party) will be joining the participants of the Justice March in Kandıra district of Kocaeli, where jailed former co-chair of HDP, Figen Yüksekdağ, has been held in detention for over 7 months.

Launched by the leader of the main opposition CHP, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, the Justice March is defined by both CHP members and a significant number of other political and civil democracy forces as a move that is to be embraced and supported by ‘all who demand justice in the country’.

According to report of DİHA, a HDP delegation will greet the Justice March participants at the intersection of Kandıra, which is about 20 kilometers far from the prison where Yüksekdağ is.

The march was started in Ankara 10 days ago and expected to last until the chair of CHP and the participants reach the Maltepe Prison of İstanbul, where CHP MP Enis Berberoğlu has been held in detention.
