Turkey’s justice minister claims fugitive suspect of coup attempt Adil Öksüz is in Turkey

Turkey’s Justice Minister Bekir Bozdağ appeared on live broadcast on TGRT TV and talked about the current state of affairs in the country.

Giving striking statements about the investigation into the failed coup attempt of last summer, Bozdağ said the fugitive prime suspect Adil Öksüz, who is alleged by officials to be the ‘İmam of FETÖ’, is in Turkey and kept in hiding by some people.

Bozdağ said: “I believe that some people are keeping him in hiding. If he were to be on the move, our security units or the intelligence teams would have reached and caught him by now. If USA is sincere about the issue over Adil Öksüz, the visa of the master of the FETÖ (Fethullah Gülen) must be called off immediately and he must be arrested. I don’t believe that Adil Öksüz could go abroad. Some people are keeping him in hiding in Turkey.”
